3. Client Projects & Photography

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use these images for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may request image use restrictions prior to project commencement. Any agreed limitations must be confirmed in writing.

4. Interior Design Services

All design services are provided subject to a separate written proposal or agreement outlining scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Design concepts remain the intellectual property of Design with PNC until full payment has been received.

  • Design plans and documentation are provided for use on the specified project only and may not be reused, shared, or resold.

5. Product Purchases & Trading Terms

Orders

  • All product orders (including furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, custom items, and accessories) are subject to availability.

  • Lead times provided are estimates only and may vary due to supplier, manufacturing, or shipping delays.

Pricing

  • Prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may be subject to change prior to order confirmation.

  • Custom and made-to-order items are priced at the time of confirmation and cannot be altered once ordered.

Payment

  • Full payment may be required prior to ordering goods, particularly for custom or imported items.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Ownership of goods remains with Design with PNC until payment is received in full.

Returns & Refunds

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom, made-to-order, or specially sourced items.

  • Stock items may be eligible for return at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

  • Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery

  • Delivery costs are additional unless stated otherwise.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, suppliers, or manufacturers.

  • Risk passes to the client upon delivery.

6. Supplier & Availability Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, finishes, colours, and dimensions are accurate. However, variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, materials, lighting, and screen displays.

We are not liable for discontinuation of products or changes made by suppliers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of this website or our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of services or products provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.
