Customized to suit your needs Choose from some or all services ,  for instance A basic package, is generally 8 services for design,

Costs can vary  based on  complexity, of design, and services chosen. Included in your investment , is the design admin this is communication concerning design, Sourcing Quotes from trades and sourcing and quotes for products that will be used as part of your project we allow site visits during the design phase and will let you know when you have reached your project limit this will include emails and phone calls which are  tracked so that we can keep track of expenses

  • Design Admin: For example sourcing quotes from supplier, and trades site visits, during design phase, and phone calls and emails

  • Quotes in from trades: For example if you need a builder, electrician, plumber, floor installer, ect

  • Quotes from suppliers: For example furniture, lighting, flooring tiles ect

  • Interior or Exterior Colour Schemes- We will discuss your preferred colour and come back to you with options. 

  • Wall Detail Options- There are so many different products available to enhance your walls, from wallpapers to panels and finishes.

  • Lighting Selections - Lighting is a crucial part of design, and with so many options, let's choose the ones that suit your space.

  • Flooring selections - From carpet to hard flooring, we will source the perfect match.

  • Kitchens Selections - Style, colour, handles, appliances, and design for the best functionality.

  • Bathrooms Selection - Tiles, tapware, vanities, baths, showers, lighting, ventilation, towel rails, and.

  • Laundry Selection - Joinery, appliances, tiles, lighting, and functionality.

  • Furniture Selections - From sofas and chairs to living room, dining, and bedroom furniture

  • Drapery Selection** - Selected from Warwick's fabulous range and sent out to the drape maker.

  • Upholstery Selection - Selections from Warwick sent to the upholster.

  • Soft Furnishings Selections - Rugs, cushions throws, bedwear, and blankets. 

  • Decor Selections - Plants, pots, artwork, and ornaments.

  • Space Planning -A 3D layout of your space and function, highlighting positive and negative areas.

We also do a photo shoot at the end of the project, which is complimentary.

 Project Management

$155.00 + gst per hour is billed in half-hour segments and includes the following: -

  • Timelines - Management of trades Installs:

  • Onsite conferencing between trades -

  • Emails Communication with trades for quotes, invoicing, and timelines -

  • Administration: to trades and delivery of products -

  • Furniture Placement: if heavy lifters are required As per new space plan,

Want to gain access to our trade discounts?

Any furniture fixtures or fittings ordered through Design With PNC will be invoiced as needed and must be paid when order is placed. (shipping if required is calculated by the supplier and Unfortunately we can not control this expense.

To Access to trade discounts All invoices will come through Design With PNC , ranging from 5% to 30%, depending on the supplier.

Please note, there are no hidden fees or additional margins added to our design fees. Trade discounts are  passed on to you.

Most clients embarking on  projects, like yours, find that their design fees are offset by the substantial trade discounts secured throughout their project.

Service Fee

We offer a customised service allowing you to choose from the services that you require Options available for online service just request when you reach out to us.
