Our Process

  • Get in touch

  • The magic begins here! After our initial meeting, we've gathered all the necessary information and are ready to create a plan.

  • Once we have a finalized design, we can proceed and begin obtaining quotes that fit your budget and design preferences.​

  • Once all quotes are finalized and signed, we can proceed with ordering items, , collaborating on trade timelines, and scheduling installation dates. (These will require a deposit, to place order or commence work we will let you know)

  • All purchases require payment in full prior to delivery

  • The delivery of your ordered items   and installations is complete bringing us closer to the conclusion of your service.

  • The complete design is now handed back to you, along with care instructions, end-of-service, and photographs.

Customized to suit your needs Choose 8 services in the basic package,

for design, documentation, and space planning, . Costs vary significantly based on home size, complexity, of design 

  • Interior or Exterior Colour Schemes- We will discuss your preferred colour and come back to you with options. 

  • Wall Detail Options- There are so many different products available to enhance your walls, from wallpapers to panels and finishes.

  • Lighting Selections - Lighting is a crucial part of design, and with so many options, let's choose the ones that suit your space.

  • Flooring selections - From carpet to hard flooring, to tiles we will source the perfect match. for commercial flooring

  • Joinery Selections - Style, colour, handles, appliances, and design for the best functionality.

  • Bathrooms Selection - Tiles, tapware, vanities, lighting, ventilation, for commercial spaces

  • Furniture Selections - From sofas and chairs, - restaurant and cafe furniture, through to office furniture

  • Drapery Selection** - Selected from Warwick's fabulous range and sent out to the drape maker.

  • Upholstery Selection - Selections from Warwick sent to the upholster.

  • Soft Furnishings Selections - Rugs, 

  • Decor Selections - Plants, pots, artwork, sculptors, water features

  • Space Planning -A 3D layout of your space and function, highlighting positive and negative areas. 

​We also do a photo shoot at the end of the project, which is complimentary.

Want to gain access to our trade discounts?

Any furniture fixtures or fittings ordered through Design With PNC will be invoiced as needed and must be paid when order is placed. (shipping if required is calculated by the supplier and Unfortunately we can not control this expense.

To Access to trade discounts All invoices will come through Design With PNC , ranging from 5% to 30%, depending on the supplier.

Please note, there are no hidden fees or additional margins added to our design fees. Trade discounts are  passed on to you.

Most clients embarking on  projects, like yours, find that their design fees are offset by the substantial trade discounts secured throughout their project.

$155.00+GST per hour is billed in half-hour segments and includes the following: -

  • Timelines - Management of trades Installs:

  • Onsite conferencing between trades -

  • Emails Communication with trades for quotes, invoicing, and timelines -

  • Administration: to trades and delivery of products -

  • Heavy Lifters for Furniture Placement: if required, As per new space plan,
